It makes it possible to accurately assess what's been built on site and how much should be paid. Konstructly prevents overspend in construction by bridging the gap between those responsible for the payments in construction (back office) and those responsible for completing and managing the build (production). We digitise invoicing and payment approvals and connect them to the respective quality checks of the works, trade handovers and live progress. All of which are currently managed by unlinked, separate processes and data structures. The visibility we provide not only streamlines manual processes and allows much better schedule and payment management, it also incentivises productivity from subcontractors to ensure they get paid on time, in full.
Regulated industries like banking and insurance not only have huge, expensive and operationally cumbersome call centres, they need to make sure that they stay compliant to avoid huge fines. VoxOps uses AI to automate 80% of their inbound and outbound calls, ensure they adhere to relevant regulations and far exceed current industry best practices. All for a fraction of their current cost base.
This is a full pivot: the company changed from construction finance/compliance software for general contractors to AI voice automation and compliance for call centers in banking and insurance. The new and old products are entirely unrelated, with a new market and product focus.
