Docs are stale within a week. Engineers keep rebuilding things someone already figured out. Minro captures what happens in every coding session - decisions, architecture choices, what was tried, what broke, what shipped and writes it back to one place your team and your agents both use. Features get broken into task graphs so work can be split across humans and agents. Docs stay in sync with the code. A new engineer joins and the workspace already knows the system. A session ends and the next one picks up where it left off. A feature spans three sprints and four people, and the plan is right there - linked to every ticket, doc, and decision.
