The interface for shipping with agents.
Identify churn risk and stay close to users at scale
Minro is a shared workspace for engineering teams using AI coding tools. Your teams are running a ton of Claude, Codex, and Cursor sessions every day, and the context from those sessions goes nowhere. Decisions get lost between sessions. Plans live in one person's head. Docs are stale within a week. Engineers keep rebuilding things someone already figured out. Minro captures what happens in every coding session - decisions, architecture choices, what was tried, what broke, what shipped and writes it back to one place your team and your agents both use. Features get broken into task graphs so work can be split across humans and agents. Docs stay in sync with the code. A new engineer joins and the workspace already knows the system. A session ends and the next one picks up where it left off. A feature spans three sprints and four people, and the plan is right there - linked to every ticket, doc, and decision.
Minro helps companies stay close to their users as they scale. Today, most startups have thousands of product events flowing through tools like PostHog, but still have no real understanding of who their users actually are, which users are quietly about to churn, or what outreach actually brings them back. Founders care deeply about their users, but staying close to them becomes operationally impossible very quickly. Minro plugs directly into a company’s analytics stack and turns product activity into living customer intelligence. We enrich every user with context like their company, role, LinkedIn/GitHub/Twitter, background, and likely use case, currently matching users to the correct online identity with ~80% accuracy starting from just name + email. We then identify which users are most likely to churn based on behavioral patterns, persona similarity, and historical retention signals, and help founders proactively reach out before those users disappear. Minro drafts highly contextual founder-style outreach, tracks which conversations actually convert into retention, and continuously improves the system over time. The result is a customer intelligence and retention layer that helps companies understand their users better, build stronger relationships, and reduce churn before it happens.
Minro pivoted from building a shared workspace for engineering teams using AI coding tools (DevTools for capturing engineering and agent workflows) to a platform helping companies identify churn risk and stay close to users at scale (customer intelligence and retention analytics). This is a complete change in product, market, customer, and problem domain.
